I am grateful to Libby Purves at Faith Central who brought this to my attention.
Libby writes:
“There is a basic law of media which says that if you are a beautiful woman with fantastic legs and very good hair, you will be given airtime to vent even the most naively offensive views. Step forward Ann Coulter, the right-wing American ‘thinker’ who reckons that “Heaven will look very like a Republican convention” with lots of lovely tidy conservative people. She was lured in a TV interview into explaining that Jews need to be “perfected” by being made Christian. Cue outrage from Jewish interviewer and onlookers.”
It really is worth watching the clip. I think it is yet another example of where, if you give enough people rope, they sometimes hang themselves in front of you.

I think you may take what she said out of context. A Jew who believes in “jesus” as messiah is often reffered to as a “completed” Jew.
Of course, understanding this requires a knowledge of the scriptures. Nothing she said was offensive as you submit. It’s a theological perspective and a correct interpretation.
You can gain a better understanding here if you so choose.

Funny how defenders of offensive remarks always use the excuse that they were taken out of context. Well, I suppose it is the only excuse left to them.
People are fine as they are. They don’t need to have other people’s insane fantasies imposed on them to “perfect” them.
